    Handmade with Two Sleeping Cats

    Hello everyone,
today I made a little cat birthday card. The idea originated from Jennifer McGuire, but for her card she used some dog stamps. For me as a cat person, I had to remake this card with cats.

With Versamark and the "Pawprint" background stamp by My Favorite Things I stamped on a piece of blue cardstock.  While drying the stamped imaged darken a little bit and you get a wonderful pattern paper. Then I cut a small stripe of black cardstock, heat embossed my sentiment on it with Ranger White Embossing Powder super fine and adhered it to my background. Afterwards I stamped my kitties, die cut them and colored them with some Copic Markers. This cardstock did'nt work that well with the Copics that's why the coloring looks a bit streaky. But since the images are really small it still is ok to use them.
With the "Stitched Hearts" dies by Sunny Studio I die cut a little heart, which I colored in red and added a bit of Glossy Accents to it. Then I stuck it under the little paw of my kitty.
    Happy Purr-thday
To finish off my card I lined the backside of my kitty up with the frontside so it looks like it is hanging from that card.

And then I stamped on the right side a few pawprints with Ranger Distress Ink "Antique Linen".

    Hallo zusammen,

Happy Mail "be happy" in Lila
    Stanzformen:
    Lawn Fawn "Scripty Be"
    Lawn Fawn "Scripty Happy"

    Stencil:
    Tim Holtz "Splash"

    Farbe:
    Ranger Distress Ink "Picked Raspberry"
    Ranger Distress Ink "Wilted Violet"

    Papier:
Neenah Classic Crest Solar White 80lbs
Neenah Classic Crest Solar White 110lbs

    Sonstige Materialien:
    Ranger Glossy Accents
Little Things from Lucy's Cards "Crystal" Pailletten-Mix
Neat & Tangled "Pixie Dust" Pailletten-Mix
    Rayher Strasssteinchen

    Nuvo Crystal Drops "Morning Dew"

    Hello everyone,
today I have a bunch of new cards.

For the background of the first card, I stamped the "Garden Flourish" background stamp by My Favorite Things in "Pink Lemonade", by My Favorite Things as well, onto a piece of cardstock. Afterwards I die cut my background with the Lawn Fawn "Large Dotted Rectangle Stackables" and for my sentiment I used the "Smile Dies" by Pink and Main, from which I just used the inner part. Then I adhered everything onto a piece of craft foam to add a bit of dimension. To highlight my sentiment, I used some pink cardstock behind it.
To finish off my card I used some sequins by Studio Katia.
    Happy Mail Smile in pink
    Stamps:
    My Favorite Things "Garden Flourish"

    Dies:

Neenah Classic Crest Solar White 110lbs

    Further Materials:
Studio Katia "Crystal Clear Fusion" Pailletten
    Craft foam

For the next card I colored a piece of cardstock with the Donna Downey "Peonies" Stencil and My Favorite Things "Coral Crush" and "Orange Fizz". Then I die cut my sentiment and colored the outer part of it so that it matched the background. Furthermore I added some Glitter with the Wink of Stella Brush Pen.
I had another frame left over from my first card, which I used on this card. Last but not least I added some sequins by Little Things from Lucy's Cards.

    Further Materials:
Little Things from Lucys Cards "Peach Schnapps" Pailletten
Zig Wink of Stella Clear Brush Pen

For the next two cards I used the same background, because I thought it was a bit busy for just one card. That's why I cut it in half and used it for two cards. I added just the inner part of the "Hugs Dies" by Pink and Main, which I embossed with Rayher Transparent Glitter embossing powder.
To finish off my card I added some "Frosted Hearts" by Studio Katia and my sentiment from the Klartext stamp set "toll" by Dani Peuss.

For this card I used the second piece of my background. I added two pieces of white cardstock which I die cut with the Gummiapan "Border Set". I also used just the inner part of the "Hugs Dies" and colored it with Hero Arts "Raspberry Jam" and coated it with Ranger Glossy Accents. To give it a little bit of interest, I colored my card base with "Raspberry Jam" too. To finish off my card I glued some sequins by Studio Katia onto my card.

Last but not least I used the "Garden Flourish" background stamp again, inked it up with "Pink Lemonade" and stamped it directly onto my card base. Then I die cut my rectangle and the inner "hugs" die from a piece of pink cardstock. For the shadow hugs die I used a piece of plain white cardstock. To give it a little shimmer I added some sequins from the "Pastel Paradise" mix by Little Things From Lucy's Cards and some glitter with my Spectrum Noir Clear Shimmer Brush Pen.

    Hello everyone,
    today I made two cards.

The first one is for a dear colleague, who knows of my cardmaking and absolutely adores cards with little critters. She originally comes from China and once told, that her chinese zodiac was the dragon. When I saw this cute little set "Magical Dragons" by My Favorite Things, I had to make her a card with that stamp set. And this was the ideal opportunity to try out my new "Stitched Cloud Edges" also by My Favorite Things.
Since I normally don't have any colored cardstock, I took a piece of white cardstock and colored it with "Broken China" Distress Ink for the sky background.

    Copic Marker YR04 "Chrome Orange"

    Paper:
Neenah Classic Crest Solar White 80lb
Neenah Classic Crest Solar White 210lb

The other card is for my best friend. We've known each other for nearly 10 years now and experienced so many things together. As a little thank you I made him this card. And like for the first card I colored the sky with Ranger Distress Ink in "Broken China". Because I had no dies for the hillside, I just cut tem with my scissors and layered everything over each other.

    Hello everyone,
today I wasn't really creative. I made a few backgrounds, but didn't have any fancy ideas for cards using them. But at least I managed to pull off two cards.

For the first card I put the Tim Holtz Stencil "Splash" onto a piece of cardstock and fixed it with some tape. Then I colored it with My Favorite Things "Lemon Drop". To give it a bit more depth I added a little bit of My Favorith Things "Orange Fizz". Then I cut it with my paper trimmer and glued it onto my card base.
For my sentiment I used the "Hello Dies" by Pink and Main and colored the inner part of the sentiment with some My Favorite Things "Lemon Drop" to match the background. For that little bit of extra shine I added a bit of "Clear" Wink of Stella and put some Nuvo Glitter Drops on my background.

For the second card I stamped the flower from the "Thank You So Much" set by Studio Katia several times with Versamark onto my background and embossed it with white embossing powder. Afterwards I colored the whole background with watercolors. Then I die cut my sentiment with the Pink and Main "Hello Dies" set and to match it with my background I colored it in the same colors as the flowers and put a layer of Glossy Accents over it.
To finish off my card I sprayed the background with Tsukineko Sheer Shimmer Spritz, put everything together and added a few dots of Ranger Perfect Pearls.

    Hello everyone,
today I made a little watercolor birthday card. I stamped the images with Ranger Distress Ink "Antique Linen" and to get my layering right, I used the Inkadinkado Masking Paper.
Afterwards I colored it with my watercolors. Although I really like the looks of watercolored images, I don't seem to get a hang on it. In this case too I am not really happy with the result. The color combination is a bit too dull for me.

    Hello everyone,
today I made a birthday giftcard for a friend. Therefor I finally got to use the very cute die set by Lawn Fawn for the little envelope.
For the background I used the Cover-a-Card Cling Stamp by Impression Obsession and stamped it with some Versamark onto my cardstock and embossed it with some white embossing powder. Of course I forgot to use my anti-static powder tool and because I colored the background with my Hero Arts "Tide Pool" ink pad, the embossing powder got stuck all over the card. Nevertheless I gave it a shot and I really liked how this turned out. I like that it gives the background a little more softness.
Beary giftcard with My Favorite Things stamps
And the cute little bears by My Favorite Things fitted onto the card too.
To finish off my card I also glued one bear in the inside.

    Hello everyone,
and mor from this creative weekend. After the first handmade card for my mother got lost in the mail, I gave it a new try. I hope this card will reach its destination.
I immediately fell in love with the Hero Arts Peacock Layering Bundle as soon as I saw it. On the packaging were some design suggestions and I liked one of them so much that I had to remake it.

    Hello everyone,
this card is on its long way to America. 1n one of my american Facebook groups I saw an request by one mother, who asked if someone liked to send her daughter some cards, because her daughter has a rough time and would really appreciate these cards. So I thought why not send a card. At least a card from Germany is somehow something special.

For the background I used an Embossing Folder. Then I die cut a piece of cardstock
with the Lawn Fawn "Small Dotted Rectangle Stackables" and then, to give it a bit of color, i colored it with the "Roses" Stencil and Hero Arts "Deep Ocean". But I thought it needed a bite more shimmer and shine. That's why I smushed my Versamark ink pad all over the stencil and embossed it with some transparent glitter embossing powder by Rayher. Then I die cut one part of my sentiment with the Avery Elle "Simply said Hugs" dies, where I colored the inside of the die cut with Hero Arts "Deep Ocean" as well. In the same color I stamped the rest of the sentiment onto my background. To finish my card off I used some Ranger Glossy Accents on my die cut.
